MUSIC MATTERS - PARTNERS IN
EDUCATION
In an effort to
make music education a priority in our community,
Music Matters has reached out to many of the local
public schools to become partners in education. The
PIE program has provided a platform for mutually
beneficial relationships between public schools and
private business. Music Matters has the resources
available to ensure these schools have the best fine
arts education available for their students.

Contributions
Instrument Donations – By
leveraging our vendor relationships, we are able to
donate instruments to each classroom. Guitars,
ukuleles, drums, string instruments, Latin
percussion, accessories, and even a tuba have been
included in many donation packages.
Pro Audio – One of our
greatest assets to these schools as a partner is our
expertise in the pro audio field. We have sound
engineers, light designers, and production
specialists that have helped these schools to have
the best equipment for their performances. In some
cases we have donated large portions of sound
systems and hours of installation and training.
Performances – One of our
goals for the PIE program was to bring the Rock n
Roll concert experience to as many kids as possible.
We have designed several different styles of rock
shows and take them to whatever schools will have
us. The musical performances and light/sound
production we bring to the schools is like nothing
they have ever seen before.
Becoming Partners in Education
with our local schools has brought us closer to our
goal of making music education a priority. By
leveraging our resources, these schools are able to
provide their kids with the best opportunities and
experiences with the fine arts…and we are better
able to share the gift of music.
